What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at OKI Auto Auction?
Reporting to the Office Manager, the office clerk completes the clerical tasks assigned by the manager in accordance with company guidelines. Provides accurate, friendly quality service to customers when processing customer transactions. Perform all duties assigned by the supervisor. Must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed at all times. Some duties include, but not limited to- answering phones, waiting on customers, filing paperwork, customer assistance, using computer software. Pay will be discussed during interview. Position will offer competitive pay, paid holidays off, and paid time off. NO WEEKENDS. Looking for a dependable long term employee who wants to grow with a fast paced company.
