Responsible for delivery of exceptional service to our customers by developing a strong team of guest services associates, who have a high level of product knowledgeable, display a professional demeanor and understand their role in the delivery of the guest experience. The Guest Services Lead is a full time position, benefits eligible after introductory period, including health, dental, life and short term disability. Reports directly to the VP of RIVERSPORT Adventures
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities:

Must enthusiastically represent RIVERSPORT by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.

Train all existing and incoming guest service associates in order to have a consistently delivered message to RIVERSPORT guests.

Ensure accuracy within all transactions through the point of sale system.

Supervise day to day front desk operations

Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner

Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure environment.

All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Requires at least 2 years of previous management and training experience within the customer service industry
- Requires High School Diploma
- Must be comfortable using email, word processing, spreadsheets, and other software as needed
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Demonstrate ability to provide a high standard of professionalism and strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Interest in the Oklahoma River, Oklahoma City, and the RIVERSPORT mission
Physical Requirements:
- Able to perform work duties outside in varying weather conditions prevalent at the time.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to meet demands of a seasonal operation; long hours often required, including nights and weekends.
