WHAT TEAM WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR
The Oklahoma City Dodgers are the Triple-A Affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is located in the Bricktown entertainment district of downtown Oklahoma City and is consistently ranked among the top minor league ballparks in the country, including being named in the top-10 out of 160 MiLB parks nationwide in USA Today’s Readers’ Choice awards and winning Ballpark Digest’s Best of the Ballparks award in 2020.
 
Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark has seen more than $8 million in improvements and additions over the past several years, including a six-figure renovation to the Oklahoma Fidelity Bank Club and unique private hospitality spaces including the Baseline Patio, Party Porch, and 405 Club. Other improvements include a 185-foot LED wall in left field, and a massive, high-definition video board – one of the 10 largest in all minor-league baseball.
 
The Dodgers are part of Diamond Baseball Holdings, a group that owns several Minor League Baseball teams and a subsidiary of Endeavor, a global sports and entertainment company. Endeavor’s holdings also include UFC as well as global sports, events, and talent management company IMG. Baseball teams owned by Diamond Baseball Holdings include affiliates of the most iconic franchises in Major League Baseball, including the Chicago Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals, New York Yankees, and San Francisco Giants.
 
On the field, the OKC Dodgers are the beneficiaries of one of the deepest organizations in all of baseball and have been affiliated with the 2020 World Series Champion Los Angeles Dodgers since 2015. WHAT'S THE JOB
The Home Clubhouse Manger is responsible for executing and maintaining a quality clubhouse for the Oklahoma City Dodgers. It is a vital role of the clubhouse manager to provide unsurpassed customer service to players, coaches, MLB/MiLB personnel, umpires, league officials, and special entertainment acts. You will be part of the Operations team and will report to the Operations Coordinator. 

JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Daily cleaning of all areas of the clubhouse including but not limited to main areas of clubhouse, bathrooms, coaches’ offices, training room, weight room, batting cages, dugouts, bullpens, and laundry room
  • Perform laundry for all Dodgers players and personnel (personals, uniforms, staff shirts, towels, etc.)
  • Coordinate and execute equipment transfer between Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark and Will Rogers World Airport
  • Coordinate all team packing, loading/unloading of bags and trunks for all bus trips or when bags are sent via FedEx Custom Critical
  • Work within the budget to provide all the required items within the clubhouse amenities standards.
  • Assist in monitoring bat boys and ensuring they are accomplishing all assigned tasks each game
  • Provide and setup the home dugout and bullpen
  • Any other jobs that are necessary to improving the overall operations of the clubhouse
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Operations Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Clubhouse management experience required
  • AAA or MLB clubhouse experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without restraint
  • Good team player with great attitude
  • Ability and willingness to work varied and long hours including nights and weekends

TIME PERIOD
This is a seasonal position for 2022 with the opportunity to collect hours throughout the offseason as part of the Operations team.
