- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
Experience:
- Insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Experience with outbound calling techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from various backgrounds
- Proficient in analyzing customer needs and preferences
- Skilled in data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous
