Annual Salary: $60,000/Per year plus full state benefits

Travel is Occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager works with the Hope Team and Hope Ambassador to define the main goals of the Hope project. The Project Manager is fully engaged with the team to design a work plan that specifies benchmarks and pathways to achieve the project's goals. Planning: The Project Manager develops and oversees the work plan to ensure scope, timeline and deliverables. The Project Manager will outline key benchmarks and identify tasks that must be completed within to each benchmark along the pathway to achieve the ultimate goal of the project. Executing: The Project Manager assigns tasks and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled within the work plan. In addition, the Project Manager will facilitate resolutions and will lead the team through project changes. Monitoring and Controlling: The Project Manager monitors team progress related to goals within the work plan. The Project manager identifies barriers and leads the team through re-goaling and re-pathwaying as needed to reach overall goal. Closing: The Project Manager ensures each pathway led to the goals of the Hope Project and the Organization is satisfied with the outcome of the project.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field of study and 2 years of project coordination or management experience.

An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Duties

Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support to Financial Services to ensure successful implementation of multiple projects into one comprehensive financial system.  Ensures SMEs, Implementers, and project teams are in alignment to ensure desired outcomes.

• Prepares and maintains project plans, tracks project progress, and prepares reports for clients or project stakeholders.
• Reviews project requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, delegates responsibilities, and ensures that work is completed as needed.
• Schedules cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration.
• Maintains project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, or payment records.
• Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities.
