This position will provide day to day leadership and timeline management for programs related to the Co-Parenting for Resilience programs; provide oversight of project staff and general office management; maintain regular communication with project stakeholders; conduct regular staff meetings, trainings, and constituent and stakeholder meetings; assist with or independently deliver programs in counties as needed.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Human Development and Family Sciences, or a closely related field.
One year experience delivering and managing community programs, meeting deadlines and benchmarks.
Experience in supervising groups of professionals and interacting with public stakeholders.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, co-workers, and administrative personnel.
Good technical writing skills.
Intermediate knowledge of office management software programs (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, Teams).
Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Reliable transportation for travel within the state of Oklahoma.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Development and Family Science related field.
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Basic knowledge of Qualtrics.
Basic knowledge of data analysis.
