What are the responsibilities and job description for the T.I Laborer position at OLEN PROPERTIES?
For 50 years, Olen has owned, developed, and managed distinctive commercial properties in Orange County, CA. Our portfolio consists of over 6 million sq. ft. of premier office and flex-space projects. Additionally, Olen’s multi-family portfolio consists of over 17,000 apartment units in 51 residential communities located in Nevada, Florida, Arizona, Georgia. Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Duties:
· Repair or replace locking doorknobs
· Touch-up painting
· Sweep up and clean
· Replace broken ceiling tiles
· Small building repair work
· Minor plumbing
Technical Prerequisites:
· Experienced in light construction including drywall repair, ceiling repair, electrical, painting, plumbing etc.
· Must have own vehicle and small tools
· Team player attitude
· Ability to work with small hand tools
· Problem solving ability
· Time management skills
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Clean driving record with current valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
