Title : Quality Systems Technician
Location : Charleston, TN
Salary : $68,000 - $102,000
Schedule : Hybrid schedule available and / or alternative schedule ( 9 / 80 schedule)
Relocation Available
Focus : The Quality Systems Technician is responsible for providing expertise and support in quality systems on a global basis for all Epoxy projects, terminals, warehouses and manufacturing locations globally.
The role offers insight into how various Olin locations & customers operate, function and become integrated. No two days are the same in this role.

Quality Systems Technician Essential Job Functions :
- Create and maintain specifications and quality data set-ups in SAP QM (quality module) which includes inspection plans, Certificate of Analysis profiles, new plants and terminals, etc.
- Perform support and troubleshooting functions for quality data flow from LIMS (laboratory information management system) to SAP.
- Assist in resolving COA or shipment processing failures for QM system users and escalate as appropriate.
- Manage and track the usage of business functional mailboxes.
- Generate and communicate quality information (reports and metrics) to stakeholders, per business work processes and request urgency.
Quality Systems Technician Minimum Requirements :
Must meet one of the following minimum requirements : Associate’s degree* in Chemistry or a science-related discipline;
OR, High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years’ experience in a quality-related role
- Prior manufacturing, process or chemical plant experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience navigating and using SAP and LIMS systems required; ability to troubleshoot within the SAP and LIMS environments preferred
- Knowledge and experience with product hierarchies and SAP system changes preferred
- Knowledge and experience with quality management systems ( ISO, RC, OMS) preferred
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
