We are seeking a full-time Parent Partner who will be responsible for providing guidance and support to families or caregivers in a variety of environments by utilizing the Shared Core Practice Model, Four Step Process and Wraparound principles to guide families through the process. This position will work with our Wraparound Program and work independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. The Parent Partner serves as a liaison for parent involvement and co-facilitates parent support group. In coordination the Wraparound team, the Parent Partner will develop and implement client treatment plans specific to the client's diagnosis.
Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and who is currently, or has been, the parent or primary caregiver (not foster parent) who has/had 24/7 legal responsibility of a child/youth who received services from the Department of Mental Health, Department of Child and Family Services, Probation Department, or Regional Center. The candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
