The Case Manager will provide case management services to a maximum of 12 non-minor dependents (NMD’s;18-21 years old) that are participating in the THP program. They will be responsible for maintaining regular contact (as determined by the program contract/Statement of Work) and meet a minimum of one time a week with youth to work on goals set forth to increase their success in all areas of their life. The Case Manager will represent Olive Crest in various collaborative relationships with apartment complexes, job placements, school officials, county liaisons and all community partners.
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and a minimum of one year of residential and/or case management experience.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
