About the role:
OLIVER is looking for an Integrated Designer to join the team!
The Integrated Designer will be responsible for designing, managing and producing initial design concepts through to full artwork stage for a wide variety of outputs. They will be working within brand guidelines, producing design and artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards. They will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency.
What you will be doing:
- You will work on a variety of different media’s including print, digital, social, and in-store
- As we foster a close working relationship with the clients you must be comfortable at presenting and taking client feedback directly
- Building trust is key as to producing better work and it’s essential to drive to our growth and success
- You will be working across both design conception and content creation
- Taking an idea from the clients and bringing it to life
What you need to be great in this role:
- Ability to design high quality work within brand guidelines and within an agreed timeframe.
- Responsible for taking creative briefs from clients, take personal responsibility for client liaison on allocated jobs
- Advanced skills in; Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, HTML is a plus
- 3+ years’ experience in design with equal comfort in print and digital
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite 5 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, MS Office -- especially PPT
- Own a rich portfolio of relevant work examples - digital, PPT decks, collateral, icons, infographics, brochures
- Must be hands on and enjoy working with a team
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and branding, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment
- Curiosity, creativity, and ambition
- The ability to take a project from concept to completion, good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential
- Ensure final deliverables exceed design and production requirements and expectations
