Position Summary: Supervises repair and maintenance of equipment and coordinates activities of workers engaged in all maintenance areas. Assists in maintaining buildings & grounds, ammonia system, Process Engineering projects.
Core Responsibilities:
- Safety and training of employees, enforce safe work practices, correct unsafe conditions, prevent lingering unsafe or unhealthful workplace conditions or hazards.
Develop and maintain extensive preventive / predictive maintenance programs.
Maintain detailed procedures & manuals for teardown & setup of production equipment and maintaining the equipment.
- Drive ongoing improvements in product flow, product consistency, labor reduction, increased line speeds, and line efficiencies in all areas of plant to minimize disruptions and downtime
Preferred Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Communication: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Mathematical: Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Technology Experience: Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint). Electrical experience, general manufacturing practices and hazmat.

Salary : $82,700 - $105,000
