Hello! Olson Pediatrics is a local pediatrics clinic in the Lake Oswego area. We are currently searching for a cheerful, organized, self-starter and motivated individual to join our team as aMedical Assistant.
Below are the Responsibilities and Requirements:
Responsibilities
- Clinical support (rooming patients, vitals, onsite testing, etc.) ·
- Immunization/vaccination recording (ALERT) ·
- Population Health ·
- Blood draws ·
- Organize and prepare exam rooms ·
- Organize and prepare exam rooms ·
- Prepare for the day, looking ahead at schedule to prep each patient and anticipate needs, i.e.-vaccines, type of insurance, Tier 1 or 2 patient, medications, etc. ·
- Support front office/take calls ·
- Reviewing nurse/physician queues ·
- Scheduling patients – both for FU and sick visits ·
- Checking and monitoring inventory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
