Job Description
Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for some of the largest and most forward-thinking and desirable companies in the world to work for. As a due diligence consultant for Olsson’s Data Center Civil team, you will be involved at the onset of these projects, evaluating perspective project sites for data center clients. This position requires work on several sites simultaneously and requires broad knowledge of potential site constraints.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Study the feasibility of the client’s goals and objectives for the site
Manage subconsultants and internal teams to achieve project deliverables
Campus planning
Manage the preparation of site, utility and grading plans
Identify and evaluate storm water design criteria
Review municipal code requirements
Set project schedules
May require travel to perspective sites and/or authorities having jurisdiction.

This role offers flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities, to accommodate diverse working preferences and promote work-life balance. Candidates can live in Lincoln, Omaha, Phoenix, Chandler, or Dallas-Fort Worth area and work remotely, or work out of any Olsson office location in these regions/areas.
