Full Time Warehouse Manager- Must have six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, merchandise, supplies, equipment, or parts, in warehouse by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Ensures that trucks are properly loaded and that staging is completed each day.
• Ensures that customer pick-ups are handled efficiently.
• Ensure that excellent customer service standards are met.
• Handles customer complaints and requests effectively.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
• Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures.
• Ensures that subordinates follow work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Issues written and oral instructions.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
• Ensures that opening and closing procedures are adhered to.

Responsibilities

Directly supervises employees. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
