As a Warehouse Associate we would expect the individual to be trained and then be able to do the following :
Load and unload 3rd party in-bound & out-bound shipments
Complete warehouse forms to track customers storage
Sweep and maintain a clean work space
Learn and adopt best practices regarding inventory control.
Assist customers in vault access as needed following prescribed process and safety requirements.
Ability to lift items of varying weights and requesting assistance of those items weighing 50 lbs or more
Warehouse Associate II would have more advanced responsibilities including bailer operation and forklift operations certification
Warehouse Associate II would have all of these responsibility plus be able to cover for shipping / receiving manager and warehouse manager as needed.
Individuals in warehouse are also expected to have knowledge of all mover responsibilities including packing, wrapping, materials identification and use and proper lifting, pushing, pulling and moving techniques where safety is a priority.
