Hourly Wage
19.57 - 28.44 USD
SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS:

Shift Differentials:
- Evening $3.00/hour
- Night $5.00/hour

Premiums:
- Weekend Premium $4.50/hour
- Per Diem Premium 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits)
- Lead $3.25/hour
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the security and safety of patients, visitors, Olympic Medical Center personnel and property.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in criminal justice preferred.
Experience
Two years of hospital security or law enforcement experience preferred. Prior experience in dealing with detox/psych patients is also preferred.
Licensure/Credentials
Certified Health Care Security Professional preferred. BLS Certification.
