Seeking an Identity & Access Management Lead to support the Olympus cybersecurity mission. Looking for a senior IAM cyber-professional to help solution and lead against an ever-evolving cyber threat landscape and protect critical information assets within the Healthcare and Manufacturing Industry.
The Identity & Access Management Lead sets IAM strategy in collaboration with the Head of IT Security and executes the strategy through oversight of Olympus IAM personnel and managed service providers. Provides expert knowledge on key principles of Identity and Access Management with an in-depth knowledge including Authentication and Authorization systems. Leads the review and design of new IAM solutions to ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized. Responsible for building out engineering, development, and operational support with the adoption of next generation IAM solutions. Participate in projects and initiatives working with IAM team members, architectural, development and engineering teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to provide enterprise IAM solutions that are scalable and adaptable with the ever-changing business needs and industry demands. Provide development, engineering, and operational requirements to IAM projects and strategic initiatives related to enhancements and evolution of IAM services.
The Identity & Access Management Lead will be accountable for providing oversight of the IAM Task Area and to ensure effective management, collaboration, and coordination of several key cybersecurity support areas including the following: IAM Security Strategy, IAM Policy and Standards Management, IAM Architecture, Tools, and Service Providers, IAM Compliance, IAM Metrics, KPIs and Dashboard reporting
In addition, the IAM Lead will partner with a region and be the key contact for the regional CIO and local business. They will be the point person for coordinating any necessary regional incidents, information security & privacy meetings and ensure any regional needs are addressed appropriately with the Global IT Security team. They GRC Lead will facilitate understanding of local/regional laws and regulations that need to be followed.

Job Duties
- Define and review Olympus IAM strategy, architecture, processes, and controls.
- Lead the IAM Operations team and work with managed service providers to ensure deliverables are met within Service Level Agreements.
- Evaluate and improve the IAM services spanning, but not limited to, identity governance, authentication, single sign-on, administration, access management, certification, and privileged access.
- Communicate with managed service provider IAM leads about process, people and technology requirements and changes related to Olympus IAM architecture on periodic and as need basis.
- Provide assistance to managed service provider teams to avoid roadblocks, challenges and dependencies.
- Have regular cadence with managed service provider IAM leads along with Olympus regional team.
- Provide knowledge and act as a subject matter expert on key principles of Identity and Access Management with an in-depth knowledge including Authentication and Authorization systems.
- Engage in the review and design of new IAM solutions to ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized.
- Lead IAM projects and initiatives working with IAM team members, architectural, development and engineering teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to provide enterprise IAM solutions that are scalable and adaptable with the ever-changing business needs and industry demands.
- Partner with a regional CIO to be key contact for security initiatives, understanding and supporting regional business requirements and represent the global security team in Information Security & Privacy and other business meetings.
- Own and govern the Change Assessment and Management processes, policies, and frameworks.
- Provide regional support for any security incidents or operational issue.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree IT/IS/Business/Technology with a preferred Master's (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
- Should hold at least one of the major security certifications (ex: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CCSK, Certified CISO, PMP, etc.).
- At least 10 years of Leadership and/or Management experience.
- At least 10 year of experience with: o Identity and access governance including role-based access control, access request and certification o Managing projects through the full system development lifecycle o Developing, implementing, or architecting information systems o Technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications o Installation, integration, and deployment of IAM technology (e.g., Sailpoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust, Okta), in an operational environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Internally and externally recognized subject matter expert that influence the way things are done.
- Demonstrated consulting skills, with IT Security concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design.
- Embrace and lead change effectively and cultivate an environment of security driven thinking, innovation, experimentation, rigor, and continuous improvement.
- Results oriented, high energy, inspirational and self-motivated leader.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills. Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate with leadership team.
- Multi-lingual communication preferred.
