Responsibilities: This position will manage client finance efforts for multiple clients, working internally across business units and externally with clients.
- Take ownership of the client finance workflow, including budget management, billing, reporting, and accounts receivable management
- Plan and coordinate client finance deliverables across business units to ensure timeliness and quality
- Function as the primary liaison between the agency Budget Management Group, agency business units, and clients for all client finance matters
- Communicate effectively and responsibly within agency network and externally to clients
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency business units alike
- Attend periodic client and departmental meetings as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably accounting or finance
- 2-4 years related work experience; media/marketing/advertising industry experience a plus
- Prior client management experience required
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, client service environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines for multiple stakeholders
- Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications (TM1, DDS, AX)
