Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Become SME with regards to inventory transactions, Inventory analysis and all supporting functions in ERP and WMS systems.
- Generate daily Cycle Counts as required, ensuring all are completed by stated cut-offs.
- Research / perform Root Cause Analysis, drive to solutioning via recommended; process changes, BOM corrections and / or a combination.
- Lead / assist cross-functional teams to drive best practices and greater inventory accuracy / integrity.
- With Management / IC Analyst oversight, develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures, supporting Quality, Production, and inventory accuracy.
- Manage scrap process (S.L.O.B.) and the controlled destruction of scrap inventory for your assigned area.
- Work closely with the Receiving, put-away and picking teams to ensure proper training and SOP’s are followed.
- As needed, work w / QA to investigate, isolate and / or perform physical / system moves of inventory.
- Principle contact partner for supervisor and Operations Manager regarding all issues related to inventory control.
- Coach and mentor other associates with regards to all Inventory control issues, Cycle Counts, and system transactions.
- Working with management, monitor inventory for possible gains in consolidation, heat-map placement for efficient picking and zero-bin management / reconciliation.
- Communicate with leads, supervisors, and Manager regarding warehouse operations and areas of opportunity.
- Support team leaders assisting with training and on-boarding all associates with both systems, Powerhouse and SL.
- Support team leaders overseeing the performance of warehouse staff, assigning tasks, providing feedback and coaching, and addressing any performance issues via identifying errors.
- Provide support to team leaders to handle any issues or challenges that arise during warehouse operations, such as inventory discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or delays in shipments, and implement solutions to resolve them quickly.
- Assist the DC operation during crucial days to reach revenue objectives.
- Aid DC team leaders in meeting / exceeding daily departmental objectives in all operational areas.
- Assist the DC team in resolving problems with customer orders and other pick / pack processes during daily operations.
- Adhere to all safety and security regulations and standards set and contribute to making the workplace a safe, secure, and friendly work environment.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements : -
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to multitask and handle interruptions to support operators.
- Ability to lift 50lbs of weight and move heavy items regularly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the operational needs of the warehouse.
Essential weekend availability needed to hit company monthly revenue goals.
Education and / or Experience :
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must have minimum 3 years prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment with focus on Inventory Control.
- Must have WMS and ERP system experience. Prior experience with Syteline is plus.
- Prior inventory control experience, including cycle counting, reconciliation of discrepancies and training.
