What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Estimator position at Omni Construction, LLC?
We are looking to add a Project Estimator to our team. Oversight will include both internal and external customers in estimating, purchasing and contracts. The estimator is responsible for managing all federal, state and local municipality code requirements. The position requires understanding concrete and masonry construction, read blueprints, strong communication written skills, exceptional time management skills. Must have computer knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and MC2 estimating or Stakd estimating software
Responsibilities include but not limited too-
Prepare construction schedules, monitor to meet those construction schedules and work with site staff to develop and update construction schedules minimum weekly
Prepare and submit, change order requests, prepare job cost budget updates, submitting proposals on time, take offs and professional communication with customers and subcontractors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
