The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is located in the center of the bustling Seaport District. The AAA Four Diamond rated hotel boasts 1,054 finely appointed guestrooms with 52 suites, seven delectable dining experiences, a scenic rooftop pool , a luxury Breve Spa , and more than 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space allowing to provide each guest a unique and memorable experience.

The Concierge is responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating, and delivering guests needs.

Responsibilities :

• Interact with other departments to ensure that guests needs are satisfied.
• Assist in arranging for restaurant reservations and transportation as required by our guests.
• Ensure the delivery of parcels, mail, special deliveries, etc. to guest rooms.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and organized appearance according to Omni Boston Seaport standards.
• Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury or accident.
• Speak to guests in a friendly, warm manner, making them feel welcome at the hotel.
• To proactively work to seek out ways in which to improve the hotel experience for our guests.
• Be Knowledgeable of all hotel amenities and with different points of interest.
• Perform any other duties required by management.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of the surrounding area and all of its attractions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, exceptional organizational skills, an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have the ability to stand and / or walk for extended periods of time.
• Proven ability to engage guests at all levels. Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging and personalized service.
