Responsibilities as a Machine Shop Supervisor:
- Leading manufacturing projects for successful results
- Supervising all machine shop personnel
- Leading employee development, performance reviews, and training, ensuring their goals are met
- Providing excellent communication with all machinists and programmers
- Supporting continuous improvement actions
- Maintaining budget controls and delivery cost
- Ensuring high safety process and good housekeeping are met
Qualifications for the Machine Shop Supervisor:
- Proven experience and success leading a machining operation
- Technical savviness with CNC equipment
- Positive personality and ability to lead through empowering others
- Great communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
