$70,000-$110,000 per annum (based on Experience)
Job Scope:
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects by overseeing all phases. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and clients’ goals are met.
2. Handling client complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships as well as a high percentage of first contact resolution ensuring repeat customers.
3. Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing purchase orders, tracking inventory and purchases.
4. Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
5. Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
6. Planning the work to be done, getting the necessary personnel, and assigning the right duties to the right people
7. Hiring, training, and managing facility staff using the practices.
8. Ensures a safe and secure work environment.
9. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
10. Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
11. Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
12. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
13. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing, and resolving quality and client problems, and recommending system improvements.
14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
15. Delivering prompt, professional solutions for client and other stakeholders’ inquiries.
16. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
17. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, schedule, and cost.
18. Report and escalate to management as needed.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:

Required Education and Experience:
· Construction Supervisor License (CSL) - Required.
· Bachelor’s degree in building construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related area preferred.
· 5-7 years of experience in project management
· High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
· Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
Physical Requirements:
· Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year.
· Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders ·
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
