G1 Facility Services is a premier facilities management company, dedicated to providing superior facilities maintenance services. We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to assist with Company growth, talent acquisition, and employee development throughout the organization. To be successful in this role you must have the ability to recognize potential opportunities for talent mobility within the Company as well as the intuition to know what is needed to foster growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop new and current employees’ skills by making sure they align with the company’s organizational structure and overall goals
- Work with Talent Acquisitionist and HR to create candidate pipelines for future talent
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure quality candidates are hired (this includes interviewing and helping with sourcing)
- Identify internal candidates to fill key positions within the organization
- Design methods to efficiently educate employees in the areas identified as weak, and implement these learning methods to improve overall company performance
- Increase retention rates through employee career pathing by conducting skill gap analyses and scheduling training programs to help develop employees’ future growth
- Ensure that employee performance reviews are completed, and feedback is provided for continuous improvement
- Implement regular feedback sessions to recognize employees’ achievements
- Prepare succession plans for future hiring needs
- Travel to multiple locations to assess talent development and growth needs
Requirements
- At Least five (5) years in human resources, Business administration, or similar leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, human behavior and organizational psychology or similar preferred
- Possess the ability to recognize internal and external talent
- Must be able to build professional relationships within and outside of the organization
- Must be well organized and a multitasker
- Must be willing to undergo any necessary airport related badging process
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing with at least three (3) years of driving experience.
- Must be willing to travel
Compensation: $70k-$80k, competitive benefit package
