The OMNIA Partners Sales Enablement team is a dynamic, creative team with a mission to develop and deliver the sales enablement content that meets our Supplier Partners where they are in their learning journey and equips them with the right knowledge, resources and tools to accelerate their sales growth and increase their speed to revenue.
The Instructional Design Manager, Sales Enablementwill play a vital role in that mission. This candidate will lead the identification of knowledge gaps amongst our key audiences and ultimately design and develop innovative and engaging learner-centric content that can be utilized across multiple platforms and channels.

Responsibilities / Duties:
- Build strategy for continuous innovation in Sales Enablement content to support revenue growth
- Regularly collaborate with internal subject matter experts and supplier stakeholders to ensure value and relevance of Sales Enablement content
- Research, evaluate and synthesize information on a wide range of sales-focused challenges, knowledge gaps, pain points and other relevant topics
- Develop a “content library” of plug and play information for the sales enablement team (and others) to utilize and deliver across multiple platforms and channels
- Develop eLearning and on-demand learning strategy and content that maximizes learner engagement
- Record, edit, and produce creative video and audio content for online and instructor-led courses
- Create presentations, class exercises, handouts and instructions, and educational collateral
- Lead learner mapping of supplier sales teams
- 3-5 years of sales enablement, instructional design or related experience
- Proficiency in content authoring software, Articulate 360, Storyline, PowerPoint, Canva
- Demonstrated knowledge of Learning Management Systems, SAP Litmos preferred
- Proficiency in audio and video applications and editing tools
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suites
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Familiarity with industry terminology preferred
- Excellent communicator and project manager
- Data-driven and results-oriented
