Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Supervisor role will be responsible for managing all Service, Sales Installation (SI) IPD, and RMA order activities while creating an engaging and innovative work environment that fosters close collaboration among team members and excellent operational results.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and training to the Order Fulfillment Specialist and Order Processing Specialist teams.
- Perform order entry, order expediting, customer service order issue resolution, and investigation of backorders.
- Communicate with management any customer issues or potential problems.
- Analyze and resolve order entry related issues or assist team members in solving work related issues.
- Develop and maintain internal order administration procedures and training plans.
- Identify and drive improvements through the Order Fulfillment processes to enhance the customer experience and reduce costs.
- Complete daily employee timecard approvals, performance evaluations, MBOs and scheduling.
- Data collection, analysis, and communication of order fulfillment metrics.
- Close collaboration and interaction with Field Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and TAC teams.
- Create an engaging and innovative work environment that fosters close collaboration among team members, career growth, and excellence in achieving operational results.
- Manage and execute audit compliance and requirements.
- Management and leadership for Business Continuity Planning.
- Assist in troubleshooting SAP and C4C issues.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in Project Management, Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong MRP knowledge
- Strong abilities in creating motivation, integrity, and responsibility within a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Ability to resolve escalating customer issues (both internal and external) in a collaborative, partnering and professional manner
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Order Entry, Customer Service, or similar position
Preferred Qualifications
- Lead or Supervisory experience
- SAP, C4C, Agile, Access & Tableau experience
- Lean QMS experience
Work Conditions
- Office and warehouse environment
- Call center environment
- Frequent and constant deadlines
- Occasional business travel
- Extended or irregular work hours
