Position Summary/Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, resourceful, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a high-volume Sales Recruiter. If you have what it takes to excel in an entrepreneurial environment and appreciate a highly visible role in a fun company, this is the job for you!
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing a talent pipeline, creating relationships, and following through on the recruiting process end to end to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience. Our Sales Recruiters work in a rapidly changing, complex, and fast-paced environment and partner with hiring managers to fill critical needs. This position requires the ability to resolve issues ranging from supporting internal customer requests to providing support and assistance as well as develop and maintain a strategic pipeline of vetted candidates for recurring requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Achieving weekly/monthly/quarterly established headcount targets
Skill and Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience; high volume, front line employee recruiting preferred
- Proven experience in building and managing a diverse recruiting pipeline
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Base Pay Uncapped weekly commissions
