Overview
In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of the AMR yard. Ensure safety of employees and quality of the product.

Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, train, and discipline all union employees within department
- Manage, supervise and direct union employees in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Ensure compliance in safety, environment, and personnel issues that may arise.
- Monitor the AMR process to ensure plant productivity, material quality, and daily tasks are completed
- All other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate others.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more as required.
- Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in an industrial setting
- Ability to work a flexible shift between the hours of 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM (afternoon - midnght shift)
- Experience working in a union environment is preferred.
