JOB SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Talent & Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating organization-wide efforts for doctor and professional recruiting, performance management (PM), organizational development, in addition to being a strategic partner to the practice teams and other organizational leaders. The position will manage and develop programs and processes using data-driven outcomes to set priorities for improvements that are aligned with ongoing strategic imperatives related to recruiting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fills senior-level positions, facility-level, and enterprise-wide roles.
- Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Manages the recruiting team for the assigned region.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, and reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Drafts recruitment advertisements: posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
- Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with the recruitment process.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications by reviewing their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
- Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma is required. Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus.
- Five years of recruiting experience are required.
- Technical recruiting experience is a plus.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
- SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
