Job Description
Title: Cause Marketing Administrator
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Local to MN (Onsite Tuesday and Wednesday)
Summary of Role:
Job Summary:
Cause Marketing Administrator is responsible for day-to-day administration, internal & external correspondence, and related CMS activities supporting the company's cause marketing activities related to its national partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Responsibilities:
Cause marketing management and support (40%)
• Manages, maintains, and organizes sensitive data related to cause marketing efforts
• Designs & produces reports as needed to update leadership & charitable partners
• Leads effort to continually refine data management processes, tools, and procedures
• Manages day-to-day data entry as needed
• Maintains and updates all applicable records and contracts
Cause marketing program quality and performance (35%)
• Serves as the primary point of contact for DQ franchisees regarding cause marketing/fundraising initiatives
• Leads effort to follow up with franchisees and resolve issues related to donations with support from a cross-functional team. Leads execution of Miracle Treat Day follow-up donation communications and remittance requests
• Escalates issues as needed to cross-functional team
• Manages cause marketing inbox and resolves open tickets and inquiries
• Codifies and maintains updated processes and best practices
• Manage administrative and procedural issues and opportunities with DQ partners
Content Manager (25%)
• Maintains content presented on websites to achieve business goals
• Creates, edits, posts, updates, and cleans up outdated content
• Collaborates with businesses to keep content fresh, informative, and appealing
• Adheres to quality standards by proofreading and testing
• Maintains ADA standards for web content
Requirements:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically Excel
• Proven work experience in an administrative role with a customer service component
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proven ability to work within and maintain established procedures and protocols
• Capable of managing scenarios in need of conflict resolution on the occasion
• Excellent communicator, written and verbal
• Able to collaborate with the business and technical members
• Proven work experience as a content manager
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Strong attention to detail
Preferred Requirement:
• Hands-on experience with content management software such as SharePoint and Sitefinity
Salary : $30 - $33
