On Site Companies is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with people leadership experience to join the team. The Sales & Marketing Manager is a leadership position that will drive the continued growth of our company. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving all revenue objectives delivered through the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads sales department and related activities in a given market through the use of formulated marketing techniques and sales strategies to achieve profit potentials, quotas, and sales goals commensurate with Company objectives
  • Leads and motivates sales staff to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
  • Analyzes staffing needs, develops, and implements product and sales training programs, and enhances sales consultant performance to ensure successful programs and sales goals
  • Identifies, develops, and implements strategic marketing plans in conjunction with corporate marketing department for all sales area to achieve maximum results; assigns sales staff appropriate quotas, goals, and sales areas
  • Gathers and analyzes competitive information to secure market share and positioning
  • Establishes and maintains division sales and marketing budgets to ensure effective cost controls and operating efficiency
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to grow and maintain business
  • Identify sales goals within your team and implement a weekly scorecard to accurately track progress on goal accountability
  • Analyze and evaluate data using the sales software and available resources to progress towards goals and alignment on strategic plan to make sound business decisions
  • Identify and implement sales growth opportunities within current and new markets and implement a sales & marketing plan to gain business
  • Manage the marketing function and identify which efforts have the best ROI and identify the route that best aligns with our industry and marketing plan
  • Build and lead a team of inside and outside sales representatives and marketing professionals while managing performance and identifying development opportunities
  • Meet and exceed new customer sales and revenue goals
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Analyzing data to identify wins and opportunities
  • Forecasting sales goals and identifying market opportunities
  • Driving accountability within the team and across the business
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Strong customer service externally and internally
  • Computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Office, able to learn software systems)
  • Confidentiality of upmost importance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in addition to specific training in sales and marketing techniques combined with five years of related experience; related supervisory experience; and thorough knowledge of the home building industry relative to sales and marketing strategies and techniques
  • Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • General construction knowledge and ability to read blueprints helpful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside organization
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven track record of delivering results
