In office hours would be:
Mondays 8:30-3:30
Tuesdays 8:30-3:30
Wednesdays 8:30-3:30
Thursdays 8:30-4:30
Fridays Flex

- Has a good memory, remembers names, faces, and daily tasks
Duties will include:
- knowledge and experience in primary care and preventative services
- Greet patients with a smile and make sure all guests feel welcomed and comfortable
- Schedule appointments/manage the provider’s schedule
- answering phones with energy and enthusiasm
- taking vitals
- drawing blood
- administering vaccines, and providing additional clinical support wherever needed
- drug urinalysis and BAT certified
- Manage all aspects of office flow for optimal doctor/patient experience.
- Generate performance reports and manage patient care schedules
- Manage office efficiency, flow and quality of patient care
- Collection of payments
- Light cleaning, keeping the office presentable and organized
- Track patient visits and office statistics
- Filing, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, maintaining medical records
- Order supplies
- Assist the provider with projects
- Social media maintenance.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical RMA experience, preferably with primary care
