On Time Staffing is seeking spotters for our warehouse in Joliet, IL! Hiring Immediately!
Starting pay rate: $22.50 per hour
We are offering a $200 referral bonus. Refer your friends and family and if hired and work 200 hours, you will earn the bonus!
We have a $200 sign on bonus, after 240 hours worked!

Shifts:
- M-F 4pm-12:30am
Job Description: The Spotter drives, transports, and spots trailers at appropriate loading docks, and or/staging areas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attach drive unit to trailers to move to and from dock doors for loading and unloading
- Inspects truck for defects, before and after trips and submits reports indicating truck condition
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks
Job Requirements:
- Must have forklift experience
- Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs. without restriction
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability and availability to work irregular and extended hours. Including nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as needed by customer.
