Summary: This position reports to the Senior Director, Cash and Treasury and is responsible for the end-to-end commissions process. The Commissions Lead will partner with Sales to resolve commissions discrepancies and will prepare monthly and YTD summary reports for management. The position will assist in the commissions and sales incentive plan design process and will regularly model impacts versus budget or forecasts. This role may have ability to take on other responsibilities within the Treasury department.
This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 1-2 days per week at our Conshohocken, PA location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end commissions process, ensuring payouts are correctly calculated and processed
- Prepare monthly commission and sales incentives calculations and summary reports.
- Calculate commissions for budget and/or forecasts.
- Develop and implement commission and sales incentives policies and procedures.
- Partner with Sales to design and model commissions and sales incentives plans.
- Partner with FP&A to calculate impacts versus budget and/or forecasts.
- Identify process improvements and work with the team to achieve them.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in commissions and sales incentives process. Understands commission/sales incentive plan designs.
- Advanced knowledge of excel and Power BI.
- Applies critical thinking skills to independently resolve complex problems, contributing to process improvement.
- Effectively keeps up with multiple tasks/projects, meeting timelines and utilizing resources effectively.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence throughout all interactions across all levels of the company.
- Self-management and initiative to seek opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Process Improvement and documentation. Able to create and improve processes and maintain and develop process documentation.
