There are many opportunities to grow and advance pretty rapidly with this company! We proudly are intentionally growing. We move and shake and continue to create new positions. We work super hard and it is always pretty busy with very little down time.

SUMMARY OF WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Talent Ambassador – Onboarding, you will talk to many healthcare employee "new hires" all day every day! You will manage assigned markets (aka Houston, TX, Denver, CO, Kansas City, etc.) to ensure that all new hires complete their onboarding in a timely manner so that they can start working. In this position, you must have an eye for detail as you will be responsible for catching errors our new hires make when completing new hire paperwork. You will assist new hires daily with the completion of paperwork, answering any questions that may arise while the new hire navigates the onboarding process. This position requires a lot of follow up and prompting people to complete onboarding requirements. Multi-tasking is a must! The right candidate will be able to take on several projects at once, deal with numerous interruptions throughout the day, and still complete assignments efficiently. We are seeking a creative problem-solver, able to analyze a project or situation quickly, and resolve issues with little to no supervision. We are seeking an open-minded individual that can handle rapid changes with a positive attitude. The company is experiencing growth and we are extremely busy and there is not any down time involved. You might also be asked to do other tasks that pertain to the HR Department as needed.

EXPERIENCE OR QUALITIES YOU NEED
Honestly, we are willing to consider anyone who believes they could slay this role. We'd love the old college degree, a few years of successful "people interaction" experience, blah blah blah. But really, we are seeking people who have talent, natural abilities, great attitudes, stable personalities, excellent morals and integrity, confidence in themselves and who they are so they can communicate with about any type of individual. A person who is self-motivated and fully accountable will be our pick. Things that are non-negotiable to be successful and long term are: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accuracy in your data entry, speedy data entry, an eye for detail, ability to focus when sometimes the surroundings are distracting, ability to learn quickly, etc. Also worth noting - you have to have no fear of making lots of calls and convincing people to do things they want to get "lazy" with and put off or not do even though they know they need to. You must be convincing and a high achiever with no fear!
