- Serve as a coach to managers and front-line leaders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Identify, report, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues.
- Promote team engagement initiatives and employee advocacy to drive a positive work culture.
- Manage the HR team, including work assignment, development, communication, reward, and performance management.
- Oversee employee performance management and compensation processes.
- Support and facilitate employee development efforts and identify new development requirements.
- Implement and promote employee communication, rewards, and recognition efforts.
- Develop and oversee diversity, outreach efforts, and compensation equity initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Programs (AAPs) and other regulations.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of twelve years of diverse HR experience with at least three years in HR management or employee relations.
- Proven leadership and experience in managing effective relationships and communication with management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to various customer sites.
