One Bourbon in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for full-time cooks to join our team. We are located at 608 Bridge St Nw. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Hours are varied, some prep days and some line nights. Very flexible, set schedule.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock
Qualifications
- at least 1 year of full-service restaurant cooking experience, line preferred
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate the needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
