8. Microsoft Office suite proficiency is required. Adobe creative suite a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:
10. Mastering a variety of guidelines, including AP style, One Call Concepts’ and customer branding. This might include moving between brand, voice, tone and target audience as you move from one project to the next.
11. Creating copy that’s insight driven, concise, and compelling for our company and our clients.
12. Understanding technical information and being able to distill it concisely into relevant copy.
13. Creating and editing, including the ability to write pieces from scratch, modify copy to fit another audience or purpose, or edit copy developed by customers or other teams.
14. Creating for a wide range of copy for: digital (websites, e-mails, display ads, social media and blog posts); print (brochures, ads, letters, flyers and articles); radio, TV and video scripts, sales support and training materials, product manuals and event materials.
15. Performing proof-reading, editing, versioning, tagging, file naming and assigned tasks to properly produce error-free materials in an efficient and organized work space.
16. Professionally and tactfully lead client presentations towards the desired outcome.
17. Presenting creative to the Creative Director and internal and external clients.
