Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative with One & Done Home Bids, you'll be the primary guide for customers embarking on their home improvement projects. Your role is critical in understanding their needs, presenting multiple project bids, and ensuring an exceptional experience. Our innovative platform, which includes advanced measuring software and instant quote tools, enables you to focus on what you do best: selling. With opportunities across various segments, your potential for earnings is substantial and largely within your control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and understand the unique needs of each customer.
- Present multiple bids for projects, leveraging our trusted network of local contractors.
- Close sales efficiently, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate a smooth connection between customers and contractors, offering support as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
