We are looking for a MOTIVATED and HEARTFELT individual interested in working Full-time at our Sheridan Clinic.
POSITION SUMMARY: The RN will be clinically competent while delivering and promoting physical and mental health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will effectively interact with patients, significant others and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.
The LPN works to ensure that the outpatient clinical team functions at optimal efficiency so care is delivered in a holistic, patient-centered way that advances quality outcomes for individuals and the community. Working with patient care teams, the LPN performs care management, direct clinical nursing, laboratory services, and monitoring of performance data to advance the organizational mission.
COMPENSATION: LPN ($19.85-$21.21 hr); RN ($30.40-$32.38)
BONUS: LPN ($2,500); RN ($5,000)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
AVAILABILITY: Monday through Friday

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certificates/Licenses:
Required
- Degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Current license in the State of Montana
- BLS Certification upon hire
- Valid driver’s license
Experience:
Preferred
- Three (2) to five (5) years’ in clinical setting of primary care
