The Opportunity
The Patient Enrollment Coordinator is the first point of contact for our One Medical Senior patients. In this role you will have an amazing opportunity to help One Medical meet its goal of transforming health care. To share our care with as many people as possible, we need to create a team of folks who are experts at building relationships, enrolling, and or scheduling patients in our primary care practices. You will be jumping in to tackle one of our most important priorities this year. This job is for someone who is hungry to make a difference and not afraid to keep trying.
Naturally people-oriented, you are comfortable working with a senior health population to engage prospective patients and educate them on the One Medical Senior offerings. What you'll work on:
- Persuade prospective patients to enroll with One Medical
- Persuade unengaged patients to establish care and schedule first appointment
- Nurture leads with the One Medical Senior Brand through scheduled phone cadence
- Contact and convert assigned leads
- Schedule virtual and on-site doctors visits for enrolled patients
- Document patient enrollment activity in salesforce.com in a timely and accurate manner
- Meet Scheduling/Enrollment targets and any performance metrics
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify potential patients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Occasionally handle established patient requests/complaints
- Occasionally collaborate with cross-functional teams to support during peak workflow periods
- Additional duties assigned by manager
What youll need:
- 2 years experience with patient enrollment or inside sales with healthcare or technology
- Outbound/inbound call experience a plus but not required
- Proven multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously including, phone, email and chat while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have worked in fast-paced, results-driven work atmosphere
- Experience using salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Comfortable working occasional nights and weekends
- Demonstrates the ability to adapt to change by quickly adjusting to new priorities, processes, and environments while maintaining a high level of performance and effectiveness

- Ability to attend and work in practice events a few times per quarter in the market you are located in if applicable.
This is a full-time remote role based anywhere in the US in a One Medical Senior Health Market
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base hourly range for this role is $17.00 to $31.00 per year. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location. The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
