One Power, a leading solar energy company, is seeking an experienced Solar Closer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Solar Closer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities :

Prospect, identify, and cultivate new residential and commercial leads for solar energy systems.

Explain customized solar proposals based on site assessments, energy consumption analysis, and customer preferences.

Present and educate the benefits of solar energy systems to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotes, ensuring accurate pricing and product information.

Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, to ensure seamless execution of solar projects.

Qualifications :

Experience in direct-to-customer sales, preferably within the renewable energy industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
