Responsibilities:
- Apply nursing knowledge in assessment and diagnosis of patients
- Outcome’s identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of human response to potential health problems
- Communicate patient findings to physician
- Initiate health teachings, counseling, and provision of care
- Support or restore patient well-being
- Function under the direction of the Charge Nurse and Nursing Supervisor
Qualifications:
- A graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Active RN, licensed to work in Tennessee
- Possess adequate and effective written and verbal communications skills
- Possess adequate and effective interpersonal skills
