One Tech Engineering is searching for a Safety Trainer for a position located in Becker, Minnesota. The Safety Trainer will provide professional safety/technical training consulting and delivery across the enterprise.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate must have five years of training experience or equivalent technical work experience in the area of Safety.

Safety Trainer Responsibilities
- Travel to different plants and service centers throughout the territory and provide safety training.
- Utilize systematic approaches to training to develop and maintain training materials.
- Design evaluation instruments and analyze trainee and stakeholder feedback for program improvements.
- Take part in weekly meetings to ensure customer needs are addressed.
- Bachelor's degree in an educational or technical field related to Safety or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
- Five years of training experience or equivalent technical work experience in the area of Safety.
- Knowledge and application of adult learning principles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing/able to travel. Use of a personal vehicle is required.
