The Commercial Portfolio Analyst is responsible for loan servicing of approximately 40% of OneAmerica's commercial mortgage portfolio and is on the Commercial Mortgage Lending team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as initial point of contact for approximately 40% of loan portfolio.
  • Recognize, prevent and resolve the variety of issues that can occur throughout the term of each loan.
  • Complete annual loans ratings based on comprehensive analysis of financial statements, rent rolls, market data, inspection reports.
  • Review and approve Borrower requests such as lease requests, SNDAs, assumptions.
  • Understand and interpret mortgage documents and identifies terms and conditions required to administer the appropriate procedures and follow-ups necessary to service each unique loan.
  • Check all Promissory Notes for Closings.
  • Input appraisals in mortgage system for Closings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field
  • 5 years (existing experience in commercial lending, mortgages, title company)
  • Paralegal certification ideal, but not required
  • Strong judgment and decision-making
  • Professional written and oral communication
  • Forward thinking
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 04B


As a condition of employment, OneAmerica requires that all new hires who receive a job offer on or after April 18, 2022 provide evidence of full or partial vaccination against COVID-19 within three days of accepting an offer letter with OneAmerica and before employment begins. This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
