NELCO is seeking a Construction Production Supervisor, reporting directly to the General Manager.  The Construction Production Supervisor will provide leadership and supervision of all manufacturing employees as well as managing overall day-to-day manufacturing production.

Construction Production Supervisor Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or equivalent experience; carpenter experience required
• Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing operation management experience, including direct supervision of staff
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Solid interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of ISO 9000/9001/9004 quality system preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong knowledge of an ERP system
• Architectural drawing knowledge preferred

Construction Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing plant employees, including daily time sheets
• Ensure smooth day-to-day production operations
• Manage shipping, receiving, and delivery schedule
• Prepare requisitions for purchasing needs
• Coordinate Environmental Health and Safety training with corporate EH&S team
• Coordinate Quality Management System (QMS) for manufacturing team with General Manager
• Final quality control check for outgoing orders
