Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time and part-time Front-Line Supervisor in Oklahoma City, OK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise contractor personnel to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with the terms of the contract and meet long-range training plans.
- Communicate accountability and performance expectations to assigned personnel.
- Analyze contract requirements and recommend employee work assignments based on skills.
- Interface with FAA to ensure coordination of schedules and schedule adherence.
- Identify and address potential problems, escalating issues to contract management if required.
- Participate in planning processes and propose recommendations for improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or G.E.D.
- At least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
- Experience using word processor software and electronic mail applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS).
- Experience in government or private industry related to technical or instructional roles.
