Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight and Strategic Planning:
- Manage all phases of the project from beginning to end.
- Implement detailed action plans, including schedules, resources, and work plans, adhering to value engineering principles.
- Budget and Cost Control:
- Ensure adherence to the budget, applying cost-saving strategies.
- Monitor financials and adjust plans to maintain budget control.
- Risk Management and Safety:
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and safety regulations for woodframe over podium construction.
- Negotiation and Scope Development:
- Conduct negotiations and develop scopes of work.
- Respond effectively to RFQs with detailed proposals.
- Stakeholder and Team Management:
- Manage and coordinate with various project stakeholders.
- Lead the project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Schedule Management:
- Uphold a stringent project timeline.
