What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dir Donation Development position at OneLegacy?
Manages Donation Development departments and collaborates with OneLegacy’s Leadership Team and the Quality Systems Department to ensure compliance with all current federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations including Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), and United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), accrediting organizations’ Standards including Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO), American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) and Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA), and OneLegacy Policies and Procedures (P&P).
Develops monitors and analyzes department budgets to ensure Donation Development operations are efficient and cost effective and that Organization goals are being met
Responsible for developing and managing relationships with hospitals to increase organ and eye, donor families, and tissue donation activity
